4. Maintenance

4.1. Precautions for use and after use of drone and other equipment

4.1.1. Drone has a partially waterproof structure, allowing it to fly in light rain. Apart from the body shell, landing gear, and similar parts that can be cleaned with a damp cloth, please be cautious about waterproofing for other components, especially avionics equipment

4.1.2. In case of damage during flight, it is essential to reinforce and repair according to the maintenance guidelines from manufacturer.

4.4.3. If the damage involves carbon fiber components, or metal structure, repair should be conducted using carbon fiber sheets and epoxy resin or AB glue or replacement parts of metal body components 4.1.4. When the drone is not powered, it is forbidden to manually rotate the various servo arms of the aircraft. When powered, the normal gear noise produced by the servo motors is normal.

4.1.5. If irregular pauses or abnormal sounds occur during the rotation of the servo disc, it is necessary to contact the drone manufacturer for the replacement of the corresponding servo.

4.1.6. Pay attention to prevent small gravel from entering the interior of the electric motor to avoid damaging the coils.

4.2. Storage of aircraft and other accessories

4.2.1. Storage locations should take into account the following factors: fire sources, temperature, humidity, dust.

4.2.2. Cover with a dedicated gimbal cover to prevent dust from entering the internal components.

4.2.3. Drone and other auxiliary equipment, including ground stations and radio controllers, should be properly stored. Prevent from tampering, damaging, or altering the original state.

4.3. Battery care and maintenance

4.3.1. Charge or discharge the battery to the storage voltage and perform a full cycle every 2-3 month

4.3.2. Better to use slow charging or intelligent charging mode.

4.3.3. After cycling the battery 30 times, it is recommended to perform a complete cycle charge and discharge once.

4.3.4. The battery plug needs to be regularly cleaned to remove surface oxides to ensure good contact.

4.3.5. It is recommended to use the charger provided by the drone manufacturer.

4.3.6. Batteries are flammable and explosive materials. The storage location should consider the following factors: fire source, temperature, humidity, and dust.
