3.4. Connect UAV to ground station
3.4.1. Turn on the radio controller and keep the throttle down to the lowest position.

3.4.2. Power on the aircraft and wait for initialization to be completed. Please do not move or shake the aircraft while it is in initializing.

3.4.3. Power on the video&data link and connect it to ground station on the LAN port, then run LAUNCH QGC software.
3.4.3.1 TCP connection
Connect the video&data link ground unit to the ground station computer on Ethernet port, change the IP address of the ground station computer to 172.16.172.xx (where xx can be any number from 2 to 255, except 10 and 20) to ensure it's on the same network segment as the video & data link.
select the TCP connection type and enter the connection address: 172.16.172.10. Then enter the port number: 8600 (try 9000, or 9100 if 8600 does not work).

3.4.3.2 UDP connection
Connect the video & data link ground unit to the ground station computer via the Ethernet port. Then, change the IP address of the ground station computer to 192.168.199.33 to ensure it's on the same network segment as the video & data link.
Select the UDP connection type and enter the connection address: 192.168. 199.16, and port number: 15000, then click connect button to connect.

3.4.3.3. Serial port connection Connect the video & data link ground unit to the ground station computer via the Type-C data cable. Select the corresponding COM port , and set the baud rate to 115200 and connect.

3.4.3.4. D02/D03 connection
Connect the drone to the ground station via a serial port, follow the steps below:
Connect the data link ground unit to the ground station computer via USB cable.
In the ground station software, select the corresponding serial port from the Serial Port dropdown list, set the baud rate to 115200, and then connect to the drone.

3.4.3.5. 4G connection Connect the drone to the ground station via 4G data link, please contact Yangda Technical Support for assistance.
