4. Calibration (operate when necessary)

4.1. accelerometer calibration

Accelerometer calibration is required if:

  1. If the drone is not being used for more than 10 days.

  2. Receive the drone and test it for the 1st time.

4.2. Compass calibration.

Compass calibration is required when drone is equipped with one GPS module, if drone is with RTK or D-GPS, compass calibration is no longer needed.

4.3. Check rotor motor steering

On the advanced settings page or pre-flight inspection page, open the rotor test interface to perform rotor inspection.

4.4 Remote control mode check and Ground station mode switching check

Change the flight mode on radio controller and chcek from the ground station whether the mode on ground station software is consistent.

4.5. Check drone status.

Check if the GPS status, video&data link signal, battery voltage, heading direction are normal from ground control software, check if there is any warning.
