# 3.8. Take Off

### There are two ways for the drone to take off:

3.8. 1. Switch the drone to Qloiter mode, arm the drone, control from radio controller to take off the drone vertically with 10 meters, then click “<mark style="color:blue;">**Start Mission**</mark>”. The drone will start the mission.

3.8.2. Click “Arm/Disarm” from ground software and then “Start Mission” button,drone will take off automatically and implement the mission.After the aircraft has completed taking off, the throttle of the remote control should be switched back to the middle position.
