# 3.6. Calibration (operate when necessary)

### Click the Advanced Settings button to open the Advanced Settings page.

#### 3.6.1. Compass calibration.

Compass calibration is required when drone is equipped with one GPS module, if drone is with RTK or D-GPS, compass calibration is no longer needed.

#### 3.6.2. Remote control mode check

Change the flight mode on radio controller and chcek from the ground station whether the mode on ground station software is consistent.
